biography

Leads a brigade-level subordinate command of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command. Provides central planning, management, coordination, oversight, and technical support to the Army's environmental programs. His leadership includes restoration of contaminated lands; pollution prevention; technology transfer; reporting and tracking of Army environmental programs; conservation of natural and cultural resources; and compliance with environmental standards and criteria set by laws and regulations. Commands approximately 160 military and civilian personnel, and manages an internal budget.
